Test Descriptions

As Independent Psychologists, we are not 'tied' to any one test publisher. Currently, we draw from a comprehensive portfolio of tests and questionnaires, from a range of sources. Test batteries can be prescribed for most positions, from Apprentice to Director level. As you would expect, many of the tests and questionnaires can be adminstered online, via the internet, as well as through traditional paper-and-pencil measures.

Personality questionnaires, for example, include the Occupational Personality Profile, 16PF and 15 Factor Plus Questionnaires. Measures of interest, attitude and values include the Values and Motives Inventory, Leadership Opinion Questionnaire, Lifestyle Preferences, and Occupational Interest Profile. At a team level, we have the Team Climate Inventory, whilst in the reasoning / aptitude sphere it is possible to assess general reasoning skills (verbal, numerical, abstract), critical, mechanical, spatial reasoning, etc.. Among the new additions to our range is the Managerial Judgement questionnaire and the Dependability and Safety Instrument. Not all tests are mentioned; please call to discuss your specific requirements.

Measures of Reasoning Ability and Aptitude
